What we can help with
- Your assessment result. It did not arrive, or you want to resend it. Check spam and junk first. The confirmation panel also has a “Send it again” link.
- Unsubscribing or deleting your data. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To delete your data, write from the address you used and say “delete my data”. More in the Privacy Policy. Please use email for privacy requests, so we can match the address.
- A guide you bought. Questions, a download problem, or a refund request. You have 30 days. Please include your Gumroad receipt.
- An error on this site. Tell us the page and what is wrong. See corrections.
- Media and research questions. See the press page. We answer in writing.
- Employers and professionals. If you work with people affected by AI dependency, or want to use or cite our material, write to us. See also our page for employers. Counselors who want to be listed can apply from the page on finding a counselor.
What we cannot do
- We cannot give medical advice, diagnose, or counsel anyone, by email or by phone.
- We cannot review your individual answers or tell you what your result means for you personally. The result email explains the band in general terms.
- We cannot guarantee that email or voicemail to us is private. Please do not send medical records or details you would not want kept. See HIPAA and your information.
